開具SCI、SSCI、CPCI-S和CPCI-SSH收錄引用檢索證明報告步驟說明（2022年版）
Instructions on Steps for Issuing SCI, SSCI, CPCI-S and CPCI-SSH Citation Index Reports (2022 Edition)
步驟1：進入廈門大學圖書館主頁http://www.gofreeit.cn ，左下方九宮格，切換到第二頁，點擊 “科學引文索引”鏈接，進入該數(shù)據(jù)庫。
Step 1: Go to the homepage of Xiamen University Library http://www.gofreeit.cn, with the nine-square grid at the bottom left, switch to the second page, and click the "Science Citation Index" link to enter the database.
步驟2： 進入WoS平臺界面選擇數(shù)據(jù)庫，確保選擇“Web of Science核心合集”。
Step 2: Enter the WoS platform interface and select the database, make sure to select "Web of Science Core Collection".
步驟3：選擇檢索范圍，寫入檢索詞。例如選擇檢索范圍“作者”寫入作者姓名，同時在另一個檢索欄中選擇“地址”寫入地址名稱，最后點擊“檢索”按鈕。（檢索欄目可通過點擊“添加行”添加）
Step 3: Select the search scope and write the search terms. For example, select the search scope "Author" and write the author's name, and at the same time select "Address" in another search column to write the address name, and finally click the "Search" button. (Search columns can be added by clicking "Add Row")
步驟4：在檢索到的記錄中，勾選目標記錄，點擊“添加到標記結果列表”按鈕，將所選記錄添加到“標記結果列表”，若一次無法將所有文章檢索到，可重新點擊頁面左上方的“檢索”鏈接，重復步驟3和4。
Step 4: In the retrieved records, select the target record, click the "Add to Marked Result List" button, and add the selected record to the "Marked Result List". If all articles cannot be retrieved at one time, you can click the page again. For the “Search” link on the top left, repeat steps 3 and 4.
步驟5：將全部目標記錄添加到標記結果列表后，點擊“標記結果列表”，進入輸出記錄列表，點擊“導出”，在下拉框中選擇“可打印的HTML文件”，在記錄內(nèi)容里選擇“自定義導出選擇項”，點擊右側“編輯”。
Step 5: After adding all target records to the marked result list, click "Marked result list" to enter the output record list, click "Export", select "Printable HTML file" in the drop-down box, and select " Customize Export Selections", click "Edit" on the right.
步驟6：在字段中選擇如下圖所示的15項內(nèi)容，點擊“保存選擇項”，然后點擊“導出”，出來的頁面直接按右上角打印。
Step 6: Select the 15 items in the field as shown in the figure below, click "Save Selection", and then click "Export", and the page that comes out will be printed directly in the upper right corner.
步驟7：若還需繼續(xù)出具SSCI、CPCI-S或CPCI-SSH的收錄證明，則需重新進入標記結果列表，點擊“刪除”按鈕，清空標記結果后，再選擇相應的子數(shù)據(jù)庫，重復步驟2-6。
Step 7: If you still need to continue to issue the SSCI, CPCI-S or CPCI-SSH inclusion certificate, you need to re-enter the marked result list, click the "Delete" button, clear the marked results, and then select the corresponding sub-database, repeat step 2 -6.
步驟8：將導出后的文檔發(fā)送郵箱[email protected]。
Step 8: Send the document to [email protected].
備注1：兩個字的姓名如張杉，寫為zhang s，三個字的姓名如張杉珊，寫為zhang ss。
備注2：地址名稱一般寫xiamen或者xiamen univ即可。
備注3：若檢索到的記錄過多一頁無法完全顯示，可在頁面下方的檢索結果中選擇“每頁顯示50條”。
備注4：還沒進入SCI數(shù)據(jù)庫但已經(jīng)Online的文章（有DOI號且期刊主頁或會議官方網(wǎng)站可以查詢到），請打印文章正文第一頁（需要含有期刊名、文章題名、作者、作者單位、DOI號等信息）；并同時打印該期刊的JCR影響因子報告（查閱開具期刊JCR分區(qū)報告步驟說明）。
Note 1: A two-character name such as Zhang Shan is written as zhang s, and a three-character name such as Zhang Shanshan is written as zhang ss.
Note 2: The address name is usually written as xiamen or xiamen univ.
Note 3: If the retrieved records are too many pages and cannot be fully displayed, you can select "Display 50 records per page" in the retrieval results at the bottom of the page.
Note 4: For articles that have not yet entered the SCI database but are online (with a DOI number and can be found on the journal homepage or the conference official website), please print the first page of the article body (containing journal name, article title, author, author unit, DOI number and other information); and print the JCR impact factor report of the journal at the same time (refer to the steps for issuing a journal JCR division report).
